Hello people.
I'm kind of new to building a desktop, but I'm learning it.

I would want to build a desktop revolving around i5 core.
I'm not a hardcore gamer that plays everyday so there's no need for a high-end PC.

I also don't want to OC so just leave out the K-series.

I'm buying all the parts locally (in Singapore) so some price quotes would be great.

Here are some of the components I want:

1. CPU (I'm thinking about i5-3470)
2. Video Card (Preferably Nvidia)
3. Fan (Not necessary)
4. RAM (4 GB should be enuff)
5. Optical Drive (Don't need Bluray)
6. SSD (1 64 GB, not necessary)
7. HDD (1 500 GB)
8. Power supply (Depends on the others)
9. Case (Would be good if it's an easy to assemble case)

The 1000 budget includes a Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM

I already have my monitor, mouse and keyboard so that's not necessary.
I'm not sure if I missed out something.
Would like to hear your suggestions.
Thank you in advance.

Maybe you can find some of those parts in an online SG shop.
