I do have an ASUS P8Z77-V motherboard with on it a HD4000 Intel onboard Graphics Card and on-board RealTek Audio. Because the onboard Display was not fast enough I ordered a Radeon Card, plugged it in the PCI-e bus and it did work immediate as standard display. After installing the CCC-software suite (under Windows-7) it did work completely.
However after installing the HD7750 graphics Card the onboard Audio did not work anymore, if I directs the Audio to an extern screen via HDMI then there is Audio.
Of course I selected the Realtek High Definition Audio Speakers and disabled the AMD HD Audio related with the CCC software, but no result

I first suspected my 5.1 Audio speakers, replaced the drivers, removed the HD7750, restored the Windows system to a time before the installation, I even updated the Asus Bios, but no result at all. At last I concluded that the On-board Audio was broken, so I used a PCI-e Soundblaster Card I had in store to restore my audio facilities. No problem at all any more. I think the problem was not due to the installation of the HD7750 but was accidently introduced.
