Definitely EVGA GTX 650, you shouldn't compare it with 7750, its better for you to compare 650 with Radeon 7770, winner will be Radeon 7770, perform better, but not much.
About 7750, it totally rule out. 650 more than 8% in BF3, while 7770 about 22% more than 7750.
