My PC Build for semi-gaming ($1000 SGD Budget)

I wanted to build a desktop for semi-gaming. So I came up with this plan.
Can you guys please help me check if there are any compatibility problems?

i5 3470 + Asus P8B75M-LX B75 ($347)
WD 1TB 64MB Caviar Blue ($85)
Asus GT640 2GB GDDR3 PCI-E ($169)
Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz CL9 ($88)
Corsair CX500M Modular 500W 80+ Bronze ($99)
CM Elite K35012cm Fan + Side Window / USB3.0 ($69)
Asus DRW-24B3ST 24X DvDRW SATA ($28)
CoolerMaster Hyper 212X PWM CPU Cooler ($69)

The prices are all in SGD

Do you think somethings can be improved? Please keep it within the 1000 budget range.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I know that 4GB is enough, but was a bit confused about which I should take.
May I ask if it should be a 2x 2GB or 1x 4GB RAM?

I also don't like the noisy stock fan. So I tend to change it for an aftermarket one.

^ will this work?

I intend to purchase everything in that one store, and this is the only 2x 2GB they offer. So should I go elsewhere to look?
