The plate underneat my mother board that hold the cpu cooler has come loose

I tried installing a push pin cpu cooler and while trying the plate that holds the sockets for the pins to go into has came loose meaning that it just moves around, up and down whenever i try to install the cpu cooler. Is there anyway to fix this?

Some cpu back plates come with some sticky adhesive to stop it moving around, maybe you could get some, otherwise put the pc on its side, line up the black plate, put a small screwdriver in one of the holes while you fit the opposite side of the cpu cooler.
