It runs games but it doesn't run that mid-high tier games in high settings.
If you play games using that built in graphics card it'll be slow and laggy.
I have a laptop with a Core i5 3210 and Intel HD Graphics 4000. I can't play any of the new games today.

On that website http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000.69168.0.html it says it can play gta 4 black ops 2 assassins creed 3 and fifa 13?
