Hi, I Just want to know which one would be best in terms of performance and cooling ? I will be playing at 1366x768 but soon 1920x1080

Go with the Gigabyte card. Not only are they generally superior to PNY in cooling and quality, but I'm relatively certain that the Gigabyte card is factory overclocked. PNY is not a bad brand per-say, but they are more marketed towards budget builds, while Gigabyte has a foot in the high performance areas.
