first of all i would like to thank all the ppl on forum for helping me out for building my decent gaming rig, few months back.

i have a ati hd (apple oem) 5770 card on gigabyte g41m combo (pcie 1.1 at 16x), when i turn on my system, most of the time it wont boot (if it wont boot then after few seconds fan spins at 100%), or if it boots then i can do any stuff like planing high end games etc, without any crashes.

to rectify whether card is having issues, i tested it in my old system gigabyte am2 motherboard with pcie 2.0 at 16x, it ran perfectly for 100+ runs :) , and gpu intense games, everything perfect, so according to this test gpu is perfect,

so now to check my gigabyte g41m combo motherboard's pci slot , i tested with my old nvidia 8600gt 256ddr3, there it ran perfectly as many times i want,so in brief what i mean to say is im only having issues only by combining my hd 5770 and g41m board, is it because of 2.1pcie card running on 1.1x,(FYI my old mobo is 2.0 pcie) , so right now em running with my old card :( , plz any kind of advice would be appreciated .

my system spec
intel c2q q8300 @2.5ghz (bought used ones)
CM hyper 212 evo (2 months old)
gigabyte g41m combo (2 months old)
ati hd 5770 1gb ddr5 (apple oem )
corsair cx 430V2
acer 24" 1080p led
segatte 500gb hdd
4gb ddr3 transcend ram @ 1333mhz

Strange, I would think since the card worked ok in the other system you talked about, and also tested the new system with a 8600gt card. it would point to the fact that your PSU is at fault it makes sense. If you have a spare PSU try swapping them from system to system that will confirm if the new system boots fine every time the corsair cx 430v2 is the cause.
