  1. You won't be able to tell the difference in performance. I'd choose the cheaper one.
  2. I'd get the XFX version. I've got the XFX HD 7750 Core Edition, like the one you're referring to, and I'm extremely pleased with it.
It comes with a lifetime warranty and in addition it looks superb.
I've overclocked mine by 20% and it seldom exceeds 60C in temperature, and I think there's still room to push it a little further.
    I'd recommend it.
  3. ohh grt thanks,

i want to know one more thing that about the cooling of this card and the performence.....thanks please tell me....

The cooling on the XFX card is very good. Like I said, mine never goes beyond 60C, and that's even when I've overclocked it. (It is designed to withstand ~90C).

Performance-wise, it is adequate for gaming, although this is definitely not a high-end card.
Some examples of the performance I achieve are as follows:-
Bioshock Infinite - Ultra settings @ 1080p (without "Alternate" Postfx) = 30+ fps.
Metro Last Light - High settings (no SSAA) @ 1080p = 30+ fps.
    Battlefield 3 - Ultra settings (no AA) @1080p = 30+ fps.
    Black Ops 2 - Ultra settings (no Ambient Occlusion) @ 1080p = ~60fps.

It is a very good card for the price, and allows for superb overclocking, especially considering that it's only an entry level card.
