I have replaced my amd fx 6100 with the amd fx 8350. With my amd fx 6100 overclocked from 3.3 to 4.2 ghz my temps rose all the way to about 54c with prime 95. With the amd fx 8350 my temps on prime 95 are only going to 45 to 46 which is really wierd, i have overclocked cpu from 4.0 to 4.3. I went into bios right after running prime 95 and it said cpu temp was at 42 which makes sense cause comp had to be turned of for me to go into bios so it cooled down a little bit. From what i have read these cpus have heat problems but my temps are super low. Im using hyper 212 cooler.

Picture of my hw monitor and cpuz.

What's the problem though? If you're not getting high temps, then that's good.
The reason for your 8350 not getting as hot as the 6100 is likely to be that it's built to withstand higher clock speeds, and therefore creates less heat under operation - which is why it's clocked to 4ghz as standard, bumping it up to 4.3ghz isn't going to stress it much, so it's inevitable that temps won't increase much.
In contrast, the 6100 is only clocked at 3.3ghz as standard, so bumping it up to 4.2ghz is a pretty hefty overclock, which will lead to much higher temps.
