I have windows 7 the display is like the size of 5inch and the laptop is 7in how do I change it so that the website fills the whole screen instead of having black space on either side of the screen.

Depending on the manufacturer of the graphics chip, you need to go into the nvidia or AMD or intel graphics properties and change the scaling to 0% in that program. you can't change the scaling through the windows 7 settings, on through the graphics controller program settings. Which graphics processor do you have?
