What windows score gets a HDD 7200rpm SATA III

Reading Speed:12 ms
Higher than 5.9?equal to 7.0?
Help me!(if you have one or know from the internet because I didn't find,accepting sites to view)

MAX WEI score for a HDD is 5.9. I have recieved a 6.0 for a short stroked pair of HDDs in Raid0.

The only way to break the 5.9 barrier is using a SSD. For windows 7 they cap out at about 7.9

I knew that the SSD are some little cards that have huge speed + very expensive(in money)
I didn't know what was the biggest score for a HDD,thank you,this site is the best for my problems.
