While neither is horrendous, the HD7770 is the comparably less powerful one. So, get a new GPU if you want to upgrade. The new GTX7xx series is coming this summer, and the AMD9k line later this year/early 2014. For now, an HD7950/GTX670 would pair nicely with that. Just check your PSU suffices.

I everything else is good the 7770 is the least powerful component you have. That i7 is pretty awesome so it won't bottleneck anything for a few years. You might as well post how do you use you PC, i.e. gaming, video rendering or whatever you do.

Are you sure its not the 2GB of ram? :)

Jokes aside, having your complete spec does enable use to provide a more thorough answer to your upgrade needs. Also, your upgrade budget would be helpful as well.

The thing is I know that if I still feel bottlenecked I know it's my motherboard, so that does t matter I just needed to know if that i7 was the problem, turned out it seems to not be the issue, thanks tho, umm I'm 17 and have no financial problems so i don't have a budget

Well I don't play stuf like crysis 3 or battle field 3 so yea but really any game I have, mostly league of legends and probly skyrim, but really whatever, and I like xsplit because I can understand it, but it lags terribly and I use OBS now it works alot better, but I still can't run like skyrim in ultra which sucks but I just wanna run ultra and stream, so ill probly get a 660ti when it comes on sale after 760ti is released then ill be updating my motherboard and case and ram and such after wards,
