Is 430W PSU enough for Palit GTX 650 Ti OC?

I'm getting a new PC in 2 days. It has an Athlon II x4 740 proc and a Palit GTX 650 Ti OC graphics card. For a PSU, I chose Thermaltake Smart 430W.

I usually play about 5 hours straight at most and tend to have my current PC over night turned on just for downloading games on Steam.

I'm wondering, will the PSU I plan to get be enough for the graphics card and proc? Will anything happen to the components? I would greatly appreciate an answer since I'm planning to get a decent gaming rig since last year. Oh, and I don't intend to overclock anything.

it wont be any problem with the thermaltake PSu or the seasonic PSU. they both supply enough power to the system.

Yeah, but I already ordered the Thermaltake PSU, I just want to make sure it doesn't fry the whole computer.

By the way, if the PSU can't deliver enough power to the PCU and GPU, what exactly happens?

And thanks for the recommendation, if I will ever have to change PSU, I'll go for the seasonic.

It should work just fine. It's got all the required connectors and enough available power for the chosen components.

There are more efficient, higher quality power supplies in that wattage range, though. The Smart-430 only has a standard 80-Plus rating, while many competing 400-450W products hold 80-Plus Bronze ratings, and a few have Gold ratings.

Do you already have this power supply, or are you still shopping for one?
