When I copy a file to my 64Gb flash drive and before I eject it, files will play. However, when I eject the flash drive and then reload it, the files have vanished.
Perhaps you set Windows to automatically play files on the drive when it's inserted? The all-too-annoying pop-up that appears with the list of options when you insert removable media can easily be mistakenly clicked and set to auto-perform tasks like that.
Thanks guys. I was using the flash drive on my laptop. I have just tried doing the same procedure on my desktop and the problem is still there. Hence, it must be a faulty flash drive.
Thanks again for your responses.
