I would put most of your focus on the graphics card, and spend less on the memory if you have to, in order to get a better GPU. I would definitely get Seasonic's 550W G Series, unless you are planning on X-fire/SLI later ( but that's a waste so don't).

Recommendations:

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Graphics, depending on budget/preference:

If you can afford it, choose between the 660 ti or 7950

660 ti: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

As for memory, buy what allows you to get the other parts you want: The $63 part is probably the sweet spot.

or you bother to overclock the 7950.

the 7870xt will bump up against a stock 7950... overclocked the 7950 will walk away from it.

I'd say to focus more on the GPU if you're using your PC for gaming
you DON'T need more than 4 gigs for games you really don't.
So just get a nice video card that can run 1080p and get a new PSU that has more than 500W, like 550W because a good GPU needs more than 500W
