Arctic silver 5-Silver solution

or

Arctic MX4-Carbon solution

carbon is not electrically conductive but what is best for the heat

A LOT of people will tell you the AS5 is better. I USED to think the exact same until I tried others. This is the current standing for moderate contact pressures (like most CPU and GPU setups). I would use and urge the MX-4 instead. I also had some issues with capacitance with the AS5 (even though it is electrically non-conductive).

Taken from Skinneelabs's AWESOME roundup:

If your contact pressure is high, I'd recommend the MX-2. A LOT cheaper than either Mx-4 or AS5, but performs better at higher contact pressures (see review's great contact pressure graph).

Unfortunately, TIM performance varies to some extent depending upon the application. It's just one of those things that has several variable factors that affect performance.

Of the two, MX-4 is typically the better-performing TIM. If you find you're unhappy with its performance, you can always remove the HS/Fan, clean things up, and try the AS-5.

I use Ceramique 2, as well. It's not one of your main choices, but I recommend it. I've used the MX-4 and the AS-5, too. I felt that the MX-4 applies much better than AS-5, if that makes any difference.
