Turn off computer.

Remove the 7950, plug monitor to motherboard.

Boot into windows, remove all graphics drivers. Run a driver cleaner.

Go into bios, disable on board graphics. Make the first boot graphics device "PEG" or "PCIE".

Turn off computer.

Install the 7950, plug the monitor to it.

Turn on the computer.

Go into windows, install the drivers for the 7950, profit.

You will need to update the BIOS for your motherboard.

It might help if you put your mouse/keyboard into usb 2.0 slots.

People have issues with pcie 3.0 cards it seems.

You are going to need to remove the card and plug the monitor into your motherboard again then go into bios and set graphics to mobo until you do so.

Go to the manufacturer's website and install newest BIOS version for your motherboard.
