ga-b75m-d3h problem, shuts down after post beep

hi, I bought the parts for a new computer and putted it together, but when I power it up it does this:

powers up and shuts down with no video 2 times, than power up with post beep than show video than shuts down... than repeats this pattern

I changed memory sticks, changed my vga to onboard... nothing changes.

All the parts are new

hi man, I was going to do what you just said, because I had tried reseting cmos with a screwdriver on the jumpers but didn't work and had the same results, so after I took the VGA off I saw the battery hanging there so I took it off and turned computer on, so it did reset the bios and than it worked fine... I did put everything back and I'm fine now, running OS and everything as expected, thx for you help man =)
