ASRock or MSI motherboards (Micro ATX)

I have been debating between these two motherboards and I can't decide. Please help. I want the best performance, if you have one you'd like to recommend, go ahead but please keep it in this price range. I would prefer you to tell me which one of these is the best though.

I would go with the MSI board.
