It's pretty decent, but be careful when cleaning it off. It's much more abrasive than other products and can polish the CPU heatspreader if you're too harsh. Not a bad thing if you've got oxidation on your heatsink though 
Oh, and it's extremely viscous. If you can't get it out of the tube, use more force.
