Hi guys.
I have this problem, and I don't know what to do.
I have two mouses, one Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 and another x7 (model X-710BH). Both of them have this problem, playing online games or just browsing.
Sometimes I even hear the sound of Windows when some USB disconnects.
I already search on the Internet but I didn't found a solution to this.
What I have done?
- Install the drivers
- Switch mouses
- Switch USB ports
- Go to Universal Serial Bus and in all USB root hub disable that option that allows computer to turn it off to save powwer.
- Disable the Aero Shake
PS: The first time that I changed the mouse from 3.0 to A4 x7 only passed 2 months I had this problem with the x7, then I changed back to 3.0 and the problem continues...
