Biostar TZ68A+ Error?

I just recently moved and when I booted my PC for the first time, I was unable even to get to BIOS. I thought it might be a memory error, but all 7 LEDs are on (LED_D1, LED_D2, PHS, PH1, PH2, PH3, VTT_LED), which according to the manual means everything is fine.

With some combination of 3 out of 4 RAM sticks, I did get it to boot once, but was unable to repeat it. Furthermore, when I did boot successfully this one time, my resolution had reverted from 1920x1200 back to 800x600, which was odd, especially since I was unable to restore my previous resolution. Could this imply some problem with my graphics card (Radeon 5650)?

I'm really unsure what's going on.

I know this is going to sound off the wall but it all worked before you moved right? Try rebuilding it all over again it could be a great many things but this simple process can rule out a lot of things wrong got to remember no matter how careful you was with the move something could of worked loose.

Yeah, that did it. I took out several of the components and did a thorough dusting and put them all back in and it works. Not sure exactly what the problem was; something was probably a bit loose, as you suggested.
