Solution
Memory does just about absolute 0 in terms of performance gains. Just get yourself a good set of 4x4gb 1600mhz. Anything higher is severely diminished marginal returns. Anything lower and there is a slightly noticeable difference, but even then not much.

I was thinking this RAM here - CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

Would that work well?

That would be fine, I personally go for 4x4gb sticks simply because 32gb is overkill and it's a little cheaper, plus iirc should you choose to lower capacity dimms tend to be easier to overclock.

What I have picked out is 16GB not 32 gb.

Sorry let me clarify lol. I meant getting 2 8gb dimms doesn't make sense unless you plan to upgrade to 32gb at some point. That's why I brought it up
