Rebuilding Alienware Area 51

Hi guys a recently came across a alien ware area 51 PC desktop. Now I thought it was gonna be a gaming beast for the price I paid of only $100 bucks. Come to find out its extremely old and runs a Pentium 4 in it as well as old graphics card of a Ati radeon 800xt. Now my question is whatcan iI do to upgrade with the case. Can I just remove the motherboard and cpu and replace with another newer one or will I need to remake a whole new computer. Its a dell area 51 4500 I believe.

Well I'm looking to reuse the case as I like it but the internals are crap. I'm working with 150 tops. Right now i nearly making ends meat lolz. I found someone with a 775 motherboard with a E4500 CPU with it and a decent graphics card could I put all this in the case and will it fit and work. I'm hoping so lolz

Well if its possible that's what I wanna accomplish I don't need a powerful build or anything just something more snappy then this Pentium 4. I mainly wanna bring some life back into what should've been a good comp for the most part.
