Is my system configuration good enough for running my favorite games ?

Hello,
So, I am going to buy a new computer within a few months. (Maybe 1 or 2)

Other things like Power Supply, case, monitor keyboard, mouse ...etc,. I have
Monitor Resolution for playing games : 1024 by 768
My favorite games are : FSX, Rail works 4 Train Simulator 2013, MM2, GTA VI,
Need For Speed : Underground 2.

My Budget is limited to 300.
So, Can I play the above games without any lags in medium or high settings (specially Rail Works 4) ?????
What's your advice ?
Any help would be appreciated.................

On how much high settings can I play that game ?

I'm really unsure. But I'd bet on at least medium, if the APU is anything

like Intels own integrated HD 4000 graphics.
