Catalyst not detecting my primary display

I have an Asus k43sa laptop and recently i ran into this problem where catalyst and windows does not detect my primary laptop monitor. I have connected an external monitor and it works fine. I am running windows 7 with catalyst 13.4 mobility driver.

No. A week ago i have changed the lcd cable because there was all horizontal lines in my monitor, after i replaced the cable my monitor worked fine for 2 days after that it is showing this problem.
