I need a cheap decent case for this build, my limit for the build was 400 and I'm already over the price limit.
The total cost is already over 450.

And you're over your budget 'cause you chose a psu which is an overkill for the system. A 80+ Broze certified equipped with one 6pin pci-e and about 500W psu would be more than enough for the system you're getting.

Well being honest that would be a bit of a overkill for your system though. It's on sale at Newegg, that's why I suggested this.

....so what? overkill is good or bad? or just in between with it's gonna destroy my system or i better enjoy it before it goes "Implosion noise" hehehe.
