I have core 2 duo e7500 And i want to buy GPU what should i take 7770 or 7850 and would i see any holding back if i bought 7850

the heaviest game i will play is crysis 2 and battlefield 3 no need for ultra res 1280x1024 should i buy the 7850 or there r no need for high end gpu for this setting

Do you plan to upgrade your CPU within the next year? If so, then go with the 7850. Otherwise go with the 7770.

I have a 7850 and my E8500 bottlenecks it. You'll probably need to upgrade both, which basically means your entire system, in the near future.
