hey guys i have been trying to reset my emachines ET1331-03W back to factory settings but when i go into recovery i get the error "the exception uknown software exception 0xc000000d has occurred in the application at location 0x800a2ca4" does anyone actully know of a way to fix this issue or even a place i can download a reliable iso of windows 7 home premium for free i can burn the image to a bootable USB and do it that way. any information is greatly appreciated and i'm willing to provide any information needed to fix this. please no responses like trying to save the system any other way, i'm not interested i need the system back to like it was when i first got it out of the box or as close as i can get to it
