Hi everyone

This is my first time posting here. I need some help/guide. I recently had a break-in at my hose where they took all my toys (hifi, tv's, ps3 etc.) I was lucky they didn't take my pc, anyway let me get to the point.

Is there a way to set up a live backup system at home where I can have a seperate pc (one that is hidden away, lets say in the roof of my house) that backs up everything I do, as I work, play games, download stuff on my pc? I have a wifi router set up and was wondering if such a backup system exists. At least if my pc gets stolen I don't lose everything. I know a normal backup is much easier, but to remember to do it all the time is a pain. With my luck they will steal it just when I forget to do the backup.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks

Windows backup can be configured to backup your computer to a network location. That should work just fine.

There are also a lot of cloud-based backup solutions that you might consider. I use one called Spider Oak. It works really well and is very affordable.
