Does anyone know if Feser One UV Blue Coolant (http://www.amazon.com/Feser-One-Conductive-Cooling-Fluid/dp/B000P0L4VE/ref=pd_cp_pc_0) with their UV tubing (http://www.amazon.com/Feser-One-Tube-Price-Active/dp/B007ATN82G/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1367890119&sr=1-1-fkmr1&keywords=feser+one+tubing+uv) Would make a weird effect, or a stronger UV effect?

Also, anyone with the EK-Supremacy Clean CSQ - Nickel block (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/19631/ex-blc-1444/EK_Supremacy_Universal_CPU_Liquid_Cooling_Block_-_Clean_Nickel_EK-Supremacy_Clean_CSQ_-_Nickel.html?tl=g30c323s828#blank), know if the UV blue will glow through the block or will it just be a flat blue?

Silly questions, but thanks if you take the time to reply :p

UV reactive stuff doesn't actually glow - it just appears to be a different colour under UV light, and will appear bright when surrounded by items that don't pick up UV in the same way. In other words, if you can see the UV reactive stuff normally (through clear plastic on the block), then applying UV to it will mean you can see it 'glow'.

As for combining the UV tubing with UV coolant, it seems like it would be kind of pointless to me - it'll still 'glow', but I doubt they're exactly the same colour, so you'll likely end up with your CPU block glowing in a different shade to the rest of your loop.

I would advise against the UV coolant, but you clearly want your CPU block to glow, so instead I'll say get plain clear tubing instead to keep the colour the same.

Don't forget you're going to want to thoroughly clean/refill your loop every couple of months as the coolant will stain the plastic, and clog the blocks/rad.

I heard every 6 months is the optimal time you want to clean our your loop, is this too long of a time with colored coolant? I'm only sure I want cooling because I want to make sure it has the correct amount of anti algae, corrosive, etc... pre mix can't hurt. As for staining of the tubing, it's always going to be that color, and when the system is off and the UV isn't showing, the blue coolant will be, so I don't mind it.

What are the negatives besides "stained tubing" and coolant known to clog up pump/blocks on some occasions? I don't care for stained tubing, since it's going to be that color all the time anyways, and with pre mix you don't have to worry about anything, you can just fill it up and know the liquid running in your pc is clean. I've only heard of coolant clogging up systems with the Mayhems stuff, which they even clearly state is for show only, not home use. Then again I'm still a novice when it comes to water cooling, but either way, just pointing out my logic.
