always problem in my graphic card

hello
my cpu contains of dg31pr core 2 duo e7400@2.80ghz,
2gb ram
the problem is when insert my graphic card msi n9400gt-md1g i cant run my system and i have win 7 operating system ,when i remove that graphic card and run normally by connecting it to intel chipset g31 it work but when i keep my graphic card it starts the when i restard i restarts continously saying physical memory not enough pls hepl me guide
pls help me

Without your answer i can say that you almost certainly need more RAM, If i remember correctly windows 7 will be using pretty much every last scrap of that RAM to run, indeed its suprising to me that windows 7 is running on it, i had to push 4gb into my current pc to get it to run Win7 alone, its roughly the same age as your system running the g31/33 chipset with a E3200 2.4ghz cpu.
