Is there a way I could pinpoint the problem and how could I fix?

Run Prime95 for at least 30 minutes. Watch temps (OCCT has a stress test and monitors temps as well). If that doesn't crash it, it's probably not a CPU issue.

Run Furmark for the same and watch temps. If that crashes and it's not heat, you may have a PSU dying. When the GPU puts a heavy load on the PSU it just shuts down to save itself.

If there is artifacting, it could be the GPU itself (that happend to my 8800GTX). It would do that, then hard crash. Had to replace it.

Did you make any changes just prior to this behavior?

I basically replaced all of my PC. I will run the test and get back to u guys

New drivers is included in the changes, i.e. did you update GPU drivers before the issues started? Could help to roll back to an known good version if none of the above causes a crash.

Yet another test would be to run memtest86 overnight to see you have any issues there.

Upgraded drivers as ive gone but problem has persisted in high demand games settings. Note I was playing GW with Vsync on and then I changed to half refresh (30fps) and the problem went. It still happens other games at 60fps

Okay ran GPU Burn in 1920x1080p and about 5 second in my pc shutdown. (Before when I said restart I meant shutdown and also what I meant is it didn't shutdown it rather stopped working. The fans were still on and the screen went black and was unresponsive to any input)
