Computer restarts automatically

when i see videos in youtube in full screen , pc restarts automatically after 2-3secs sometimes 2-3 minutes..... but if video is played without full screen it deosnot restart..... i cant get this solved ...please help!!

yes its 4years old....
i have checked for driver updates ...didnot find any
but now i have installed windows 8 to see this problem still remains or not....
PSU, video card all ok.... i even updated abode flash player...
