Is this for gaming? I would change some things if so.

Also, drop that junk watercooler. Get a coolermaster hyper 212 evo. Will be quieter and cool just as well.

Get an i5. There is no benefit to an i7 for gaming.
Get 8gb RAM. Games still only use 3.3gb except for one or two.
Get a cheaper case

Use saved money to get an hd 7970.

The monitor will come with a DVI cable, you shouldnt need to buy one
