I have a custom build from ibuypower with an i7 970 CPU, 12 Gb of RAM, 700 watt power supply, 2 terabyte hard drive, and a separately purchased Radeon 7850.
My computer will be on and then ill leave it for a while and it will go to a black screen and the monitor in sleep mode, but when i try to reawaken it the screen refuses. Then when I power it down and turn it back on it starts to boot and the fans start turning but then stop, then again and stop, then finally boot. I installed the 7850 at christmas but only recently began having problems so I'm not sure if thats the problem. Im not sure if its hardware or software. Any ideas?
