if thats all youre using you can save some money. you could get a gtx 650 or something like that if youre not gaming. and 16 gb of ram is probably overkill if the programs youre using are not very resource intensive. I have 8 gb in my work computer and i never go over half with a lot of programs open, and only get close when i have a few virtual machines up.
- A GTX 650 is far, far overkill for just playing online poker. It is a full-fledged gaming GPU.
- If cost is a concern, I reccomend instead getting an APU build. It will be much less expensive, though since you are not going to be heavily gaming, it will perform JUST as well as the build you posted; if not better with the inclusion of an SSD and the fact it will use less power and less heat.
- 16 GB RAM is far more than you need. 4 GB should suit you fine, but 8 GB is coming the new standard.
