i don't intend on overclocking or i don't really know what that is x.x

onlything im worry bout is the Power supply 700w seems like alot < worry if i plug in the outlet and blows a fuse >

don't be scared of the wattage number. Most microwaves are 1000 w so are hair dryers. Most CPU now use 100w or less. It the gpu or gpus that suck the power. If the power supply not sized right your gaming rig will shut down or the ps can fail from overload. To pop a wall outlet you have to be running a room ac or something like a mini fridge on the same outlet.

The PSU will only draw as much power as it needs. For example you have a 1k PSU it will not draw 1k watts all the time, it will draw only as much as it needs if it needs 100watts it will draw 100watts.

I wouldn't do that combo deal as I don't trust the PSU, the CPU is an older AMD it would be better if you get a current generation CPU. The one I posted in my build is a more up to date one, higher clocked, better PSU, etc.

Mail in rebate.....print form from web page where you put your mailing info on it and proof of purchase. Drop it into a letter..lick the mailing envelope closed and place postage on the letter. Drop letter in mail box....wait to see what takes longer...your grass to grown or the rebate check to come in...

Typically the grass will grow first, than you have to mow it. And depending on how long it takes the apocalypse may or may not have happened yet. Only a slight exageration the 2 times I've dealt with mail in rebates they taken a VERY LONG time. As in around 8 months I think, long after I gave up hope on it.

Fractural Design makes some very good cases to my knowledge, so yes the case is sturdy. Though even cheap cases are sturdy what you should be more worried about is overall design, airflow, and quality. All of which are adequate, the quality and design of the case for the size is case is good for what it is. Airflow isn't as good as higher end mid towers or full towers but it is good enough for you. It's not worth investing more to put it short.

As for how powerful the 650 ti is, it's on the higher end spectrum of mid range cards. You have to look at 650 Ti reviews to get a better understanding. You can easily run any game out there right now and easily for the next few years, and this build will easily beat out what most companies call their "gaming" computers, as they typically use some very crappy GPU's and CPU's and overcharge like there is no tomorrow. For the price your willing to pay this is about as good as it gets unless someone discounts a part heavily which I wouldn't rely on.
