Best Upgrades for a Dell slimline s5713w

Hello,
Well, I'm limited when it comes to a slim desktop and I just want to know the best upgrades for it. I upgrade my power supply from 220w to 300w and my graphics card to a Geforce GT430 like 3 years ago. The rest of the computer is untouched. I'm trying to play Planetside 2 and not sure what else to upgrade or get. I'm not sure what processor,graphics card and memory to get. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks. So the best upgrades for me are Radeon Hd 7750 unless I upgrade my power supply? And does the memory and processor also determine the speed and effectiveness of the graphics card? I have 3.00 GB RAM and amd athlon 2 x2 240@2.8ghz

I can't locate your PC model, could you give me more info involving it. Because most slimline PCs dont support full-sized cards.

Whats your budget for a new Video Card? Its good I caught this because a HD 7750 would not have fit in your case.

Without upgrading the power supply and processor that would be the best video card for your system.
You will be close on the system power with the video card upgrade.
If you also upgrade the processor I would have to suggest at least 400watt "quality" power supply. Which are almost impossible to find for SFF systems like yours.

In that case it would probably be better to start a new system in a regular ATX size case.

SeaSonic 350W TFX PSU

Probably could run a low profile card fine.

GTX 650

Runs on a 350W PSU.

So yeah, thats pretty much the best your PC has to offer in terms of video cards.
