GTX 650
FX 4100 Black Edition @3.6GHz
ASRock N68-VS3 FX mobo
4GB DDR3 Ram
500w Coolermaster PSU
Premium Coolermaster Case

First of all, my CPU temp when i first got my PC were around 45-47c while gaming, now they jump up to 50-53c while gaming. Idle they sat around 35-38c.

Yesterday my Cooler master fan was a badly clogged up with dust. While Idle, the CPU temp was 44-47c, everything else was 31-34c - While Gaming, cpu temp went straight up to 55c, i quickly turned my pc off, cleaned the dust out of the Coolmaster Fans using a vacuum (i can't take the computer apart under warranty) and left it off for the night.

I turned it on this morning, cpu temp seemed fine idle, 37c idle, everything around 32-34c. But.. While gaming the CPU temp goes up to 50-52c.
Also, my CPU FAN seems way too fast, is 3500 RPM too fast?

I installed SpeedFan and it said all my fans were at 100% speed, maybe SpeedFan changed my settings?

So basically, are my temps and fan speeds ok? Or can you see any errors/things wrong?

Thanks

Also, my CPU is nor Overclocked

You need to open the case and clean the CPU and GPU heat sinks.
If the intake fan was clogged with dust the interior fans and heat sinks will be clogged also.
Opening the case for cleaning should not void your warranty.
