I have this 560ti.

I have done a lot of research and occasionally look at Newegg's promotional email but I can not reach any definite answer. I want a card that is able to modern games at high setting if not ultra. Budget would be whatever I can get from old card + around $200.
Other Information. Any suggestion to speed up gaming performance appreciated!
