Thank you so much for the answer s3anister..,
yes I'm aware that it will be limited to just SATA II, so I might buy Sata III (6.0Gbit/s) PCI card,

You could go ahead and buy a PCIe SSD but to be honest you aren't going to be able to perceive a difference between SSDs either way. If I were you I'd just go ahead and buy a Samsung 840 120GB model and be done with it.

No, Not PCIe SSD.. that's too expensive for me.., I just gonna buy PCIe SATA3 addOn card ( MSI Star-SATA6 2-Port SATA III 6Gb/s PCI Express x1 Controller Card )..,
then I will connected my SSD sata 3 cable on that..

Owh and, is there any significant performance increasing from SATA 2 to SATA 3..???

It turn out that my mobo don't have AHCI.., and After search around The Internet, it seems that many people said that SSD with no AHCI just a waste of money..
Is it still worth to buy a SSD with no AHCI support on my mobo..??
am I not gonna see any performance increase because of that ..??
