Only need three more parts to buy, any advice? Suggestions? Please help!

I've been researching a new gaming build for a couple of weeks now, and finally I am almost done. Unfortunately I cannot make up my mind on the Mobo, GPU and CPU. I am willing to spend between 500-550 for all three. I also live in Miami.

I was originally looking at the i5 3570k but I realized it is a bit out of my price range, since I would like to spend more on a GPU. Currently I am looking at the AMD 8350.

One question about this product. Is their a difference between these CPUs: Im not quite sure what "Vishera" is

And lastly, the GPUs. I've been having a tough time making a decision between going for a GTX 660, Radeion 7870 or the 7870 XT. Is the difference between the XT and GHz really that drastic? How does the 660 stack up with these two? I know this seems like a silly question, but since I'm going AMD CPU, should I gun for a AMD GPU? And finally will my PSU handle these with what my build is going to be?

Vishera is the name of the CPU series, like people say "ivy bridge" when talking about 3570k. With or without that part in the name, it's still the same CPU.

As for motherboard, gigabyte 970a-ud3 is the clear winner due to its 8+2 phase power design. Other candidates only have 4+1 or 4+2 phase design.

For the GPU, if you're really into overclocking, then yes, the different between 7870 XT and the other two VGA is huge. 7870 XT use the same GPU as seen on 7950, therefor it holds big OCing potential. You can OC a 7870 XT to the level of 7950 and beyond. GTX660, on the other hand, loses to even HD7850 when it comes to overclocking. And no, using AMD cpu along with AMD gpu doesn't bring any different from using it with nvidia gpu.

2 years warranty came from Sapphire, therefor it applies for the whole country regardless the reseller ( must be a brand new card, of course ).

FX-8320, same as the 8350 but lower clock speeds which mean nothing if your overclocking. Threw in a good motherboard to overclock it with, and paired it up with a 7950 which should easily handle any game you throw at it. With an added bonus the GPU comes with several free games.

Rereading what was written as I only glanced over all the posts originally, it seems me and madn3ss795 have close to the same train of thought.

2nd Edit In:
Oh if you wanted to drop the price down a bit and you are only gaming I drop down to the FX-6350 and overclock it, games don't full advantage of all 8 cores of the 8320 yet and the 6350 has 8mb L3 cache as the 8 core versions unlike the 6300. After that the next drop down I suggest if you had to would be to the 7870 XT. Even if you had the FX-6350 + FX 7870 XT I imagine performance will be quite simmilar to the FX-8320 + 7950 combo in terms of gaming performance either way I can pretty much guarantee you by the time one of can't play a game the other one can't either.
