OK i will be getting an AMD FX6300 and need a decent motherboard for it.
It will be a 970 chipset board, these are the ones i was looking at:

ASRock 970 Extreme3
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Gigabyte GA 970A UD3 (R1.0)
ASRock 970 Extreme4
Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0

All of these are around the same price and all can be fit in my budget.
The Gigabyte one seems to be a really good value, but i kinda like both Asus boards
So can someone post a reply which one should perform the best considering that i will be overclocking to about 4Ghz my cpu and also explain why some MBO is better than the other one :)

I think you should post what your using the computer for and what your budget is. There are much better choices than FX6300. Even at 4ghz, it'll still get beat in gaming by a stock i3 dual core, while using 3x as much power and heat.

Are you gaming? Workstation?

I don't think it will be worse than the i3.. I have been deciding for a very long time between processors and after seeing many benchmarks i can say that the FX6300 stock can match any i3.. when overclocked the performance comes actually very near the i5s..
The question was the motherboard however,so please reply on it.

My other components:

Gigabyte 7950 Windforce 3
Kingston HyperX 2x4GB 1866Mhz
Samsung 840 Basic 120 GB
Corsair CX 600w
Zalman Z9 Plus

The build will be mostly used for gaming and as an everyday pc.

But it seems that the both UD3 and M5A97 will be better for overclocking since they have better power phase designes (8+2 and 6+2)... I'm not sure does that make a major difference, but a lot of people say it does.
