So i have a AZZA 700 watt PSU, it came with my AZZA case. Are these psu any good. Im asking cause lately i have been switching out my processor from my amd 6100 to amd 8350 and everytime I oc each chip. It requires me to place more voltage then before for it to be stable. When i use to use my 6100 my voltages were very stable at a 4.2 ghz overclock at about 1.4v. Now when i OC my comp is not stable until it hits about 1.5v. Same goes with my 8350. It use to be stable at love Voltage but now its only stbale at highe voltages. Could this be a sign that my PSU is dying. I have had the PSU for about 8 months now.

The best way to check if your PSU is any good is simply by the brand reputation.

In this case, I have never heard of AZZA, and my favourite online store does not stock any of their goods.

Therefore (unfairly, I suppose), you can consider AZZA to be cheaply made and of resultant poor quality.

In your case, the likelihood is that it's a crap PSU, that's why it's acting funny.

In the future, go with brands such as XFX, Corsair, OCZ, Antec etc. - They produce high quality goods, and are renowned among PC users.

can you recommend a wellpriced PSU thats 800 watts, im not sure but im want to SLI will a 700 wat be enough?

My rig:
AMD fx 8350 OC to 4.4ghz
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
EVGA gtx 670 FTW
GTX 550 TI psych x dedicated card
8 case fans
H80 water cooler with 2 fans on radiator
8gb ram

The case maker mst times don't make there own power supply. If the unit has a ul number on it you an google the ul number for the vendor info. The only real way to see if a power supply is good is load test it and watch the voltage output to see if it stays within atx spec. Home users can use a volt meter to see if the three main power legs are within spec.

Well the comp is from ibuypower, i got it as a gift a year ago. I basically have replaced everything inside other then the psu and case. Thus the psu came with the case both have azza logo on them. If you type azza into google they have a website.

They may have a website, but as they are not mentioned among good brands, I would never consider their products.
I like to be sure that I'm buying a quality product from a reputable company. I'm not being snobbish, just diligent.

My rig:
AMD fx 8350 OC to 4.4ghz
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
EVGA gtx 670 FTW
GTX 550 TI psych x dedicated card
8 case fans
