will my pc support a 3d monitor??? if yes then what would be a great 1080p 3d monitor in around 15k-20k(indian currency)???

It can, though performance will not be great, without lowing settings, which isn't so bad still. You will want a 3D Vision (2) monitor. A couple to look for might be:
BenQ XL2420T (emitter and glasses separate) or XL2420TX (built in emitter)
Asus VG248QE (emitter and glasses separate) but 144hz
Asus VG278H (comes with emitter) or Asus VG278HE (no emitter and glasses) but 144hz.
The ones without the built in emitter and glasses requires the 3D Vision 2 kit, sold separately. There are others at a better price, but those are the better ones at 24" and 27".
