I have searched all over the web lookiing for optical discs, and in return I get about 10 different disc drives thrown at me, while no one tells me where I can actually buy the discs. I am looking for something with 100gb+ storage.

I think that even dual layer BluRay discs max out at 50 GB. I am un-aware of any thing bigger then that which would explain not being able to find any.

^this is correct. Each layer on a blue ray disk can only hold up to 25GB, so a dual layered disk only supports 50GB. (there are triple and quad layer disks) But i don't think this is a good storage answer.
If your looking for mass storage you need to be looking into a external hdd or something along those lines. Why do you need an optical disk of that size?
I have just been looking at the advantages of optical storage over HDD, and I was pretty amazed. I plan on moving all my games ( I play a fair amount) and I would like to fit as many as possible on to each optical disc. Also, I will be able to fit multiple OSs onto each disc, making it easier for me to create, and edit live CDs to aloow multibooting of different versiosn of linux.

What advantage does an Optical Disc have over an internal HDD? Except for maybe portability I cant think of any.
Going for Blu-Ray is an option, but requires an expensive Blu-Ray Reader/Burner and portability is effectively nulled as very few machines have Blu-Ray readers.
If you really need large amounts of capacity and portability yet wont go for external HDD's, just get large USB flash drives.
