Let me try to lay some background info to get the best description. I shut my computer down Monday the 27th at night. The next day I tried to turn it on and it booted up and shut down immediately (within a few seconds I got nothing on my monitors). After the shutdown, it would not turn back on unless I turned off and unplugged the power supply and plugged and turned back on the power supply but I would then get the same results. No sounds or warning lights from my Mobo. My computer was overclocked at the time. So I did some research, pulled out and put back in my Ram to no avail, then I reset my Mobo using the MemOK button on my Asus Sabertooth. It booted up past the Bios screens and told me overclocking error. So i rebooted and reduced my overclock and got into windows. After watching a video on youtube for a few minutes it shut down again. I unplugged the power supply, turned it off, plugged it back in and reset MemOK on the Mobo, booted into BIOS and changed everything to auto/default. Booted into windows and my computer stayed on a little longer then shut down again. This has been the reoccurring problem I've had. It's been shutting down while surfing the web, watching videos and I even got about 2.5 hours of gaming in before it shut down on me. Every time I unplug and plug in my p/s use the MemOK button on my Mobo to get back into windows but I also found that I had to boot into the bios for some reason then save and reset to boot into windows all the way. Sorry for the monologue but wanted to get all the information out. Here's my specs:
Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply
AMD FX-6100 Zambezi 3.3GHz Socket AM3+ 95W
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
Corsair XMS3 8GB PC12800 DDR3 1600MHz Kit 2x4GB
CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60
ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1 GB DDR5
Rosewill BLACKHAWK Gaming ATX Mid Tower
OCZ agility SSDs, WD 1TB,
All my fans seem to be spinning and my cpu temps are stable around 30-35-40

The MemOK button doesn't reset the BIOS AFAIK - just DRAM settings. You might need to clear the CMOS.

Run a Memtest86+.

This happend to me once aswell, Turned out it was my GPU that melted together. It would sound weird in your case, but just check it out if you can.

PS. It can be that your CPU is not really in place. That happend to me aswell... But If the first one is the problem, I suggest that you start searching for a fix or look for a new GPU. I did the second one, and thats how I got my GTX 660.

Triplicated, and this is most definitely gravedigging. Post on relatively recent topics, please.
