Trying to find another ADSL modem.

I want to find the best ADSL modem I can. For some odd reason the one Verizon supplied is having problems like all the lights flashing at the same time, connections are getting cut off, I have hard reset it, and it does not seem to have changed.

Have the line checked first by Verizon. You might spend money on a new MODEM/router only to find the line is flawed and nothing gets improved.

They have come out to check it many times, they always say there is nothing wrong with the line.

I'm out of touch with the market on these but I recommend a combination MODEM and router rather than splitting the job up. Yeah, those were the ones I was looking at. I just wasn't sure if anyone had a better opinion on the matter.

I can't help any further I'm afraid but we're hearing over here that Verizon will be sharing your personal details and surfing habits with your Government. Maybe another ISP would be better and easier to find a MODEM for.
